- Meeting point in Labuan Bajo: guests must be arrived by 10 AM on the first day; late arrivals must arrange their own taxi boat at their expense.

Terms and Conditions
Passenger Name Change
To accommodate any necessary changes, passenger names may be amended up to 24 hours before the scheduled trip departure.
Rate and Pricing
Our pricing structure is designed to accommodate travelers of all ages, with specific considerations as following:
1.Infants (0–24 months)
Infants travel free of charge without additional costs.
2.Children (2–5 years)
Half price (50%) applies for children within this age group
Private cabins: a free extra bed will be provided if available
Sharing cabins: children will share the same bed as their guardian, as extra beds are not provided for this arrangement
3. Adults (6 years and older)
Travelers aged six and above are charged the full adult rate.
Booking & Payment Confirmation
A minimum of 2 passengers is required to secure a private cabin.
To fully secure your reservation, we require a 30% deposit within 48 hours (2 x 24 hours) following booking. Note: if your deposit is not received within 48 hours, any unconfirmed seats will be automatically released.
Bookings are considered confirmed upon receipt of a 30% down payment. The remaining balance must be settled no later than 14 days prior to the scheduled trip departure to secure your spot.
Note: Bookings within 14 days are required to pay the full amount at the time of booking to secure your reservation. If payment fails, we will release and cancel your booking.
All payments must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
Once the down payment is successfully received, an official invoice will be issued and sent to your registered WhatsApp number or email address for your convenience.
Reschedule Policy
We understand that plans can change, and to accommodate our customers, we offer a flexible rescheduling option bookings. Please review the following terms:
- Rescheduling must be confirmed at least 30 days prior to the trip. The replacement date can be scheduled for any time within one year from the original booking.
- Customers may reschedule their booking subject to room availability and confirmation at the new requested dates.
- Room availability and rates will adjust based on the new replacement date at the time of rescheduling.
- Each booking may be rescheduled only once. Subsequent changes are not permitted, and the down payment will be forfeited.
- Any special requests associated with the original booking will no longer be valid after rescheduling. Customers are advised to renew their special requests at the time of reschedule confirmation.
Cancellation and Amendment
Due to the impact cancellations and amendments have on our operations, we must enforce the following policies:
- 61+ days prior to arrival: No cancellation fee.
- 15-60 days prior to arrival: 30% of total accommodation cost will be charged.
- 0-14 days prior to arrival: 100% of total booking cost will be charged, including transfers.
Special Cancellation Policy (0-14 days prior to trip):
If you need to cancel due to critical illness, accident, or the death of an immediate family member, we will require proof (e.g., hospital letter, death certificate with matching passenger ID details). In this case, a 50% fee will apply. We reserve the right to verify the provided documentation before proceeding with the cancellation.
Force Majeure/Natural Disaster Policy:
We are committed to providing the services and experiences as advertised. However, in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control—such as a pandemic, civil unrest, industrial disputes, natural disasters, war, terrorist activities, floods, or fires—we reserve the right to modify, cancel, or limit the services provided.
In the event of a natural disaster or force majeure that directly impacts the trip location, we will review cancellations on a case-by-case basis. Please note that natural disasters outside the trip location do not qualify under this cancellation policy.
No-show Policy:
If you fail to attend your trip for personal reasons, the booking will be considered canceled, and full payment will be required.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these policies to ensure smooth operations for all parties involved.
Refund
Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 14 business days (14 x 24 hours) after confirmation.
The refund will be issued in IDR (Indonesian Rupiah). Please note that any applicable administrative fees will be deducted from the refund balance.
Travel Insurance Recommendation
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive Travel Insurance to safeguard your trip against unexpected events. This includes, but is not limited to, cancellations or interruptions due to natural disasters, such as cyclones or similar occurrences.
Please be advised that we are not responsible for replacing lost or damaged personal belongings in such situations.
We encourage you to carefully review the terms and conditions of your insurance policy to ensure adequate coverage for your needs.
